Key Points

Chase Up shared a list of issues that are mentioned below:

  • Many orders are showing the address of the Police Line.

  • There is no address mentioned on many orders (Black screen shown).

  • House and Street numbers are not showing properly on the address pinned by the customer. They are facing difficulty in processing orders to customers’ addresses.

  • If they disable any product and after disabling it, they change the price of the product. The product enables automatically and shows up on the website.

Action Items

Need to improve communication with ChaseUp.
Three fields will be shown up on the admin portal for order processing for both Mobile and Web App: (P0 Issue)

  • Address (The address was written by the customer.)

  • Google address.

  • Google location pinned by the customer.
