I placed an order yesterday using chase up app from Gujranwala store I received confirmation msgs from chase up and was told my order will be delivered today...after the mentioned time i didn't received the order and called helpline no...who than gave me a WhatsApp no. Who than again gave me an other no. For grw store....and at the end they informed me that ordered items not available so contact karachi headoffice helpline no and they will let me know what to do to get the things I ordered.

Worst app ever ever ever ever ever Every time rejected orders not items available in faisalabad store i orderd 20000 rs he gave me half stock third class services and management.

No phone number in the app, regarding any issues. Order was delivered after 24hrs which is against what they claim. Order receipt was wrong so had to eventually cancel and return it. Pathetic service honestly.

They don't deliver at Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi. App hangs after adding 25+ items to cart. Cancelled my order after a few minutes of confirmation. Their stores are fine.

I want to give 5 stars for rates but I can't bcoz of poor service, it's been two days ago I ordered many items they call me for letting me know some items are out of stock after one day and told me that they will give me list of those items but still I'm waiting for my order can any one tell me how should I cancel my order? I'm so much fed up of waiting for my delivery.

Bht hi bokwas app bi or staff bi bht batmez jab call kr k delivery ka poucha k 2 din sa nhi mili to agay sa phone bnd kr dia ya bht hi batmezi sa answer kr k Faisalabad or Karachi dono staff hi bay had batmez hian.

Rates are not updated. Poor aap. Oftentimes products are shown but not available after completing order. I will never use it again.

Very bad experience with online shopping.. Jo Saman order kiya wo mila nhn or jo aya wo sab saman tota hua damage hua aya..order kro kuch ata kuch hai..apni online shopping service improve karain warna online shopping band krden ise chaseup ka name kharab hota hai.

Very poor experience. Firstly they take orders and msg about confirmation of orders but after sometime you received cancellation msg. Very bad attitude. No care of customers.

Extremely junk app. Everything they order is not complete. When the order is placed, then the representative calls and says that we do not have such and such thing available even though they want what is not available. Get them out of stock with your application.

The areas of Islamabad are not covered for delivery. E-8, E-9, and many more areas are not covered.

Facing Error when App is open. A update msg appear but when going to update on play store no update available only open option showing. Click on open button but App not open. Very disappointed after few months using this App.
