Reserve and Collect

Reserve and collect orders will follow the following path:

Once order is placed on BC , it will fall in “Awaiting Approval tab“ of OMS
For such orders no pick/pack activity will be done via packer app
When customer reaches the store and collected the order, CEGID will send an event to OMS of order collected
After receiving even from CEGID, order will move to “Completed Tab“ on OMS
