Medicines are checked and packed by professional staff and under the supervision of Qualified pharmacist. However any human mistake(in any form) is possible(which is not valid for court of law) which can be asked for rectification at our contact or support number all the orders (medicines / electronic items ) are sent by the verification and approval by the customer. Our return and exchange policy of medicines is listed below with rules and regulation provided by Drug Act 1976. Medicines are returnable or exchangeable within 7 days of billing date expense of courier will be bear by the customer the item (medicine , electronic item ) should be in their original packing and shouldn't be unused. Inhaler , fridge items , eye drops , sugar test strips , vaccines , imported items , general items , cosmetics , creams , lotion and any unsealed item is neither return or exchangeable. The warranty of electronic items / surgical items will be claimed by the respective company and the expense (if any) will be beard by the customer |
