The following points were discussed:

 

  • If order is split we create child orders on shopify. UNZE is concerned that if it doesn’t affect their reconciliation via the Shopify Store & FM (Source of Truth), then it’s acceptable
    Confirmed that it will not affect the reconciliation

  • Customization regarding picker to be able to pick and choose from list - we don’t have this functionality on OE. Eventually this will be done via picker app. For now they can edit the order one by one.
    For now they will need to use the existing functionality unless they have a valid reason. UNZE to get back on this

  • Custom courier packaging slip
    Will be done

  • Extra tags like "NotHandedToCourier" - this will be for phase 2 for reconciliation
    To be discussed again

  • We will link OE staging to their test shopify store that is linked with FM (To be confirmed and provided by UNZE). Connecting OE stage to Unze live Shopify store is not advised for UAT stage
