Alkaram x OE Price automation

Dear Support team,

We have made Alkaram live on 24-June-2024 and as per SOP after two weeks of go-live, I am handing over this client to your team for ongoing support and maintenance. Please find the details of this brand below:

Additional Details/Configurations:

1. Price Automation :  Team Alkaram is using OE only for price updates. They manually update price files in OE. Other than that they are performing no operation through OE

2. No. of store connected: There are currently three websites integrated with OE

   • If they want any new store to be integrated, we will create a new sales channel for this- In this case pls reach out to Delivery Team

3.   Key points related Price automation: 

   • 1. New barcode mapping If a new product is created on shopify with barcode and SKU, it will get automatically mapped. The price update for that barcode will work as expected

     2. You need to make sure that no duplication should occur. Barcodes and SKUs on Shopify should be unique. Otherwise the old mapping will be revised by the newly added barcode. e.g. Consider an SKU, ABC, its barcode is 1234. If you create another product with the same SKU and different barcode (2345). What will happen is that barcode 1234 for ABC will be removed and new barcode 2345 will get mapped with ABC.

3.For price update, format of excel file should be sku| price | special_price   (And in sku column we will add barcodes of product)
