Onboard the brand on XAP

 If brand is already on-boarded for some other product (say XPay) then you have to update the role against that Acc ID on keycloack.

Onboard the brand on SD

 

 

  • The product team manages this. Delivery has to ask them to do this step.

  • Create outlet:

Add a Key, a brand name, Currency, a Brand decimal point, Time Zone, and check on first three options as show in the image below:

  • Share location ID with the product team to connect SD and OE if the client is using both products (OE & SD)

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • The product team needs location ID and brand ID to connect SD and OE.

  • Check the all details we require on the onboarding form:

Prepare the product file.

Add all the required details which includes:

 

 

 

 

Upload product file on the test account:

Ensure the number of products in the product view tab matches the number of products in the product file.

End-to-end testing:

  • Punch an invoice.

  • Check invoice details in the sale history in the completed sales

  • Return invoice.

 

 

Create users for client

 

Provide Login details to client

  • Account ID:

  • Email:

  • Password:

 

The dashboard is reflecting correct data

In case of international currency we need to ensure that dashboard reflects that currency
