  • In case if you forget to activate your account or the account activation link is expired, click on “Forgot your password?“ on the Log In screen

  • You will be directed to this screen :

  • Enter your Account ID and Email

  • A new password reset email will be sent to your provided email address

  • You can set your desired password and click on “Submit”
