Business Value

Value is a prioritization framework that allows a product team to evaluate each initiative according to how much value the initiative will bring.

How to add it?

Step 1

Open Backlog

Step 2

Open the story which you want to Prioritize

Step 3

Prioritize according to Business Value

Refresh the page after prioritizing all the stories, so the score reflects on the stories.

Step 4

Open the filters, add “score” in your column and Switch to JQL

paste the following JQL project = HE AND Score <= 20

HE is Project Key for Hypr, use your Project key.

In the future we will use more complex methods for prioritizing the backlog and Next-Gen projects will get a feature where we will be able to see the Prioritized scoring in the backlog as shown below
