There is a critical issue with how Dayer's system handles areas. Specifically, Dayer differentiates between "القاهرة" and "اطراف القاهرة." For example, an address in Al-Shorouk City falls under "اطراف القاهرة" in Dayer's system, but when we input this location into the OMS, it categorizes it under "القاهرة," which results in an error when generating an AWB.

After testing multiple orders, we found that the system fails to process orders located in regions like "اطراف القاهرة" or "اطراف الجيزة" resulting in shipment errors. This is a significant issue that is preventing us from dispatching orders correctly.

We need a solution that allows for proper area mapping and categorization in alignment with Dayer’s system, ensuring that orders in areas such as "اطراف القاهرة" (e.g., Al-Shorouk) or "اطراف الجيزة" are correctly recognized and processed.

Fix the area mapping issue to avoid errors when generating AWBs for locations categorized as "اطراف القاهرة" or "اطراف الجيزة" and similar regions.
