Description

Issue:
LZ-30046569 has not been booked with PDC-Lazurde courier.

  1. Need to improve Popup massage:
    Now when the user tries to rebook the order on a specific courier it shows the message “Order cannot be transitioned at the moment “
    - when shipment already exists and the user tries to rebook the order on a courier it should be “Shipment already exists “


  2. As discussed with the team, we need to handle this issue when the courier sends us a success message but the shipment is still not canceled on the courier’s end
